THE CHAMBER: AIMS:

SHARING: To share our knowledge and experience freely with other members.
By joining the Hyndburn chamber of trade, all members agree to be bound by our code of conduct:

To treat all members with respect & abide by the executive's guidance regarding personal conduct.

To never engage in any form of sexual, racial, religious or any other kind of harassment.

To abide by the decisions agreed by the Chamber of trade.

To be an upstanding citizen of Hyndburn with no convictions or proven incidents which bring the chamber and the town into disrepute.

To be an ambassador for the Chamber and uphold strong values that build on the reputation of Hyndburn.​

Never make any statement on behalf of the chamber through any public medium, without authorization.​

To never put the chamber or its members into disrepute by any act or communication both publicly or privately, (which could enter the public domain).

Never make derogatory comments that will damage the reputation of the Chamber and its membership.

To never solicit clients from fellow members.

To never use offensive language in communications.

To elect an executive board to represent our membership and continue our values.

To provide the chamber with referees upon request that show professional integrity and ability. Additionally, to provide 2 years of business accounts, upon request.
